~1 slice of Ezekial sprouted bread with 1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter and 1/4 of a sliced banana

~a handful of raw mixed nuts with dried fruit (about 20 nuts)

~a small, organic baked yam or sweet potato

~salad with fresh veggies and homemade dressing

~1 can of sardines with 3 stone ground crackers

~1/2 small avocado with 3 stone ground crackers

~melon with nothing else (fast digesting)
