IMG_3671In order to reach clients outside of my local area, I offer online services where you and I communicate via telephone and email.  This is a great way for you to learn about and implement a healthier lifestyle from the comfort of your own home or office.

Before we choose to work together to reach your potential as a whole individual, we will have an initial 10 minute consultation where we will discuss your current health condition and lifestyle; your challenges and successes; and your concerns and goals.

This is a great way for you and I to explore exactly what you are wanting from this experience and for you to learn more about myself and my approach to wellness to be sure that we are a good match for one another.  If you decide that I am able to assist you with what you are looking for, then we can choose which program is best for your unique needs.  If you are ready to improve your life, first contact me via email.

In order to change your current habits and see lasting results, it is recommended to follow at least a 4 month program, where you are able to “reprogram” your being.  Although, you may choose to have consulting on an hourly basis if we decide you do not need the full 4 months of consulting.
